Velira Byron strives to provide clear, transparent answers to all customer questions in line with Google Merchant Center standards.
1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after confirmation.
Processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays. Delays may occur due to supplier issues or high demand.
2. How long will delivery take?
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days (estimated)
- Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- Factors affecting delivery include courier delays, customs, or unforeseen events.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Velira Byron ships only within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.
4. What are the shipping costs?
- Standard Shipping: Free
- Priority Shipping: AUD $4.95
Priority Shipping provides faster processing and tracking support at an optional fee. It does not affect courier transit times.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to activate.
6. Will all items in my order be shipped together?
If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately due to stock availability or fulfillment location differences.
This does not affect your shipping cost.
7. What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team immediately.
We will assist in tracking the order and advise on next steps according to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Who is responsible for customs duties or taxes?
All applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by Australian authorities are the customer’s responsibility.
9. What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If an order is confirmed lost or undeliverable:
- Contact our support team immediately
- A refund or replacement will be offered according to the Return & Refund Policy
10. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once the order is dispatched, the Return & Refund Policy applies.

We use trusted courier partners including:
- Australia Post
- Local courier services
- International logistics partners (for dropshipping fulfillment)
