This shipping policy applies exclusively to orders placed within Australia.
Velira Byron currently serves customers located in Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Our goal is to provide clear, transparent, and reliable delivery expectations in compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements.

Order Processing Time

Once an order is successfully placed, it is carefully prepared for shipment.

  • Processing time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and dispatch coordination with our fulfillment partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Australia (Standard Shipping): approximately 7 to 15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped from the fulfillment center.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to become active depending on the courier.

Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, products may be shipped separately due to inventory availability or fulfillment location differences.

This does not affect delivery costs or eligibility for free shipping.

Orders are delivered through trusted international and local courier partners, including:

  • International logistics partners (for cross-border fulfillment)

The assigned courier will be visible in your tracking information once available.

Customs & Import Information

If your order exceeds the maximum estimated delivery timeframe and is confirmed as lost or undeliverable, we will assist according to our Return & Refund Policy.
