Velira Byron is committed to providing transparent and customer-friendly returns in compliance with Google Merchant Center guidelines for dropshipping businesses.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped
  • The order is confirmed lost or undeliverable after the estimated delivery timeframe

Please note: Minor differences in color, fabric texture, or size that match product descriptions are not eligible for return.

Return Requests

To initiate a return, contact our support team with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence (if applicable)

Return requests must be submitted within 14 business days of receiving the order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Velira Byron is not responsible for items lost in return shipment if the shipping address is provided incorrectly.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed case by case
  • Refunds may be full or partial depending on product condition
  • No restocking or handling fees are applied
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order exceeds the maximum estimated delivery timeframe and cannot be traced:

  • Contact our support team immediately
  • We will process a refund in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy

Estimated delivery times are guidelines only; delays caused by courier services or customs do not void eligibility for refunds if the order is confirmed lost.
